The planting in this external courtyard space forms part of my ongoing work alongside Rose and Caro of Studio Ro Co.

 

The client Heyne Tillett Steel – an engineering firm – wanted simple, refined planting to complement the rawness of the materials used.

Evergreen pittosporums were chosen to scent the air as you arrive, while an amelanchier and star magnolia were picked for their blossoms and autumn colour.
